Grain Valley Necklace Pre-Order

Show your team spirit with our custom necklaces! These necklaces are available by pre-order only and are the perfect way to support your player all season long.

Pre-Order Details:

  • Pre-order closes: Friday, September 11
  • All necklaces will be made after the pre-order ends.
  • Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks after the pre-order closes for production and pickup/shipping.
  • No additional quantities are guaranteed after the pre-order closes, so be sure to order before the deadline.

Care Instructions

  • Wash inside out
  • Machine wash cold only
  • Use mild detergents
  • Do not use fabric softener
  • Do not wash within 72 hours of receiving the item
  • Do not iron design
  • Do not dry clean
  • Do not bleach
  • Dry on low settings

Shipping Information

TURN AROUND TIME

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

 

PORCH PICKUP

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup in Grain Valley, MO. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 3 to 5 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

 

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
