Delivery - Digital gift cards are delivered by email immediately after purchase
Redemption - Valid for online purchases only. Enter the gift card code at checkout to apply the balance
Expiration - our digital gift cards do not expire
Refunds - Gift card purchases are non-refundable
Partial use - If your order is less than the gift card balance, the remaining balance will stay on the card for future use
Lost cards - Treat your digital gift card like cash. We are not responsible for lost, deleted, or stolen gift cards.

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup in Grain Valley, MO. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 3 to 5 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
